Off the
Shelf is Sheffield’s literary festival that takes place in October and has
happened every year since 2001. The event is for both readers and writers
alike, with lots of different events aimed at both markets. This year those
events will include the SFSF Social 4 hosted by the Sheffield Fantasy and
Science Fiction Social Club, with writer David Barnett and literary agent
Amanda Rutter on Saturday 17th October. The event will include a reading by
David Barnett and ask the agent questions with Amanda Rutter. Questions need to
be submitted in advance. More details about this event can be found on their
website: http://sfsfsocial.wordpress.com
But why
limit yourself to just one event. The full list of Off the Shelf events are
